This trip covers the majestic rice terraces of the Cordilleras, the way of life of the Igorots and the Aetas, and hiking in Northern and Central Luzon.

DAY 1 | Arrive Manila. Pub crawl in Poblacion area and try local craft beer and restaurants. Overnight at City Garden Grand Hotel.

​

DAY 2 | Drive to Banaue for 10 hours approx. Lunch in local restaurant. Overnight at Greenview Lodge.

​

DAY 3 | After breakfast, take a hired vehicle to drop-off point of the hike. Meet a local guide and hike on Hapao’s rice terraces. Take a dip in its hot spring. Overnight at Greenview Lodge.

​

DAY 4 | After breakfast, drive to Bangaan to visit an Ifugao village. Then, drive to the starting point of the hike to Batad Rice Terraces. Walk to the Tappiya Waterfall for a swim. Overnight at Batad Guesthouse.

​

DAY 5 | After breakfast, you return to Banaue. After lunch, visit Hiwang Village by tricycle. Overnight at Greenhouse Lodge.

​

DAY 6 | After breakfast, stop by for photos of the Banaue Rice Terraces, and visit the Bontoc Museum. Overnight at Masferre Inn.

​

DAY 7 | Start the Sagada tour by meeting your guide in the tourist centre. Visit the St. Mary the Virgin, the public cemetery, the viewpoint of the hanging coffins and coffee plantation. After lunch, hike the Pongas Falls for the rest of the afternoon. Overnight at Masferre Inn.

DAY 8 | After breakfast, prepare for a scenic 6-hour drive to Baguio City. Spend the rest of the day walking through Burnham Park and check out the public market. Overnight at Baguio Burnham Suites.

DAY 9 | This morning drive to Santa Juliana 4x4 station. Ride4x4 vehicles to starting point of hike. Hike to Tarucan village and set up camp. Dinner and interaction with villagers. Overnight at Pinatubo Crater Lake Campsite.

DAY 10 | Simple breakfast at the campsite then pack up. Continue the hike to the Mt Pinatubo Crater Lake. Relax and enjoy the scenery. Return to the 4x4 vehicles for Santa Juliana. Drive back to Manila. Farewell dinner. Overnight at City Garden Grand Hotel.

DAY 11 | Tour ends. Transfer to the airport and fly back home.
