Private Island Hopping

Tour A
Duration 8 Hours

Tour Code: IDDTENI45

Lagoons and Beaches tour will take you to the most awe-inspiring rock formations and lagoons which can only be found in Bacuit Bay. Secret Lagoon is in a small island reminiscent of the movie “the Beach” and is accessible through an opening hidden by limestone cliffs.

The lagoon is enclosed, akin to the mouth of a volcanic crater, by karst formations formed eons ago. Shimizu Island is an island popular for birds nest collectors as well as for its surrounding coral reefs near the shores. Here the guides will prepare for you a sumptuous meal while you snorkel in the nearby coral reef. Small Lagoon is accessible through a gap between two giant limestone rocks. Through this little space, you can swim or kayak into the lagoon where you will witness orchid-lined limestone walls and a kaleidoscope of marine life.

Big Lagoon is a running tour on board the outrigger boat where you will be treated to the scenery of limestone cliffs and a lagoon full of marine life. The boat stops mid-way where you can snorkel and kayak. Seven Commandos Beach is named after the 7 remaining Japanese commandos who lived in the island as stragglers after World War II. The island has a long white sandy beach lined with palms trees.

Discover the amazing rock formations, towering marble cliffs, enchanting lagoons, white sand beaches, lush jungle, and hidden beaches. Author Alex Garland was inspired in writing his novel “The Beach”, whilst living in El Nido.

The movie “Bourne Legacy” was shot and filmed in the islands of Dilumacad and Matinloc. Dilumacad, also known as Helicopter Island, has a beautiful white sand beach stretching to some 300 metres with underwater tunnel at its northern side and a fringing reef on its southern end.

Tapiutan Island, with its rich marine life provides opportunities for scuba diving and snorkeling. Matinloc Island’s secret beach is a pocket of white sand beach at the corner of a sinkhole surrounded by steep rock walls.

Star Beach is another amazing snorkeling spot. Here your guides will prepare a sumptuous lunch by the beach while you discover the wonders and beauty of the coral reefs near this island.
